Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are based on package weight and size. Actual shipping rates will be determined at time of purchase. Shipping charges include handling and insurance. Orders will be processed within 3 business days. UPS Ground usually will take up to 7 business days in the continental US. International Orders- We only accept US and Canadian Orders. All payment must be in US Dollars. Duties/Import Tax is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns: All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact us by email to obtain one. The RMA# must be marked clearly on the outside of the returned package. Generally, parts may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. They must be complete, un-damaged, un-installed, un-modified, and in their original packaging. Electrical parts, tools, and repair manuals may not be returned. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, unless the return is the result of our error. This restocking fee is only to cover our costs in processing the original order and the return. Refunds will be promptly be given in the same form as the original payment.
